Weekly visits can suit busy households, families and homes with pets that need frequent upkeep. Every-two-weeks visits give you regular help between your own quick cleanups. Monthly visits can work for homes that need less frequent help; the time and cleaning plan still depend on the condition when we arrive.

Does the first visit need to be a deep cleaning?
If the home needs attention to buildup, baseboards, blinds or other detail work, a first deep cleaning may be a better starting point. After that, regular visits can maintain the agreed areas. We will review the condition with you rather than assume every home needs the same first visit.

Oven and refrigerator interiors, windows, laundry, bed-linen changes, dishes and organization need to be agreed in the quote. Tell us which tasks matter most so we can confirm the time, price and availability. If changing sheets is included, leave clean sheets and pillowcases on the beds being changed.
Before recurring visits, a quick pickup of loose clothes, toys and personal items helps us reach the floors and surfaces. Let us know about updated entry instructions, parking, pets or surfaces that need special care.
