Plan the cleaning around your move
Let us know your move date, when furniture and belongings will be removed, and the deadline for returning keys or moving in. We can check appointment options against that timeline before you book.
Move-in and move-out cleaning is planned for an empty home. Empty rooms and cabinets give the team better access to the areas being cleaned. If belongings or movers will still be present, tell us first so we can review what is practical.
A detailed plan for the empty home
- Kitchen: Clean counters, sink, stovetop, cabinet exteriors and appliance exteriors; include empty cabinet and drawer interiors when agreed in the quote.
- Bathrooms: Clean showers, tubs, toilets, sinks, mirrors, fixtures and accessible surfaces.
- Rooms: Dust reachable surfaces and detail baseboards, doors, switches and accessible edges according to the agreed scope.
- Floors: Vacuum and mop suitable floors after the other cleaning is complete.
If your property manager has a checklist, send it before we prepare the quote so we can compare it with the work you want us to complete.
Confirm appliances, cabinets and windows
Tell us whether the oven, refrigerator, cabinets and drawers need interior cleaning. These tasks should appear in your quote so you know exactly what you are booking. Refrigerator shelves and drawers must be accessible, and food and personal items need to be removed from the areas being cleaned.
Interior windows, garages, balconies and specialty tasks can be requested. Exterior windows, wall washing, heavy lifting and hauling are not automatically part of the cleaning.
Access and timing before the visit
Share the complete address and unit number, parking or gate instructions, and how the team will enter. Please tell us if water or electricity will be disconnected so we can plan before accepting the appointment.
Schedule the cleaning after movers and contractors have finished where possible. If work is still underway or there is renovation dust, let us know; post-construction conditions may require a different scope.
Request a move-out or move-in quote
Send the approximate square footage, bedroom and bathroom count, property condition, preferred cleaning date and move deadline. Include any required checklist and the extras you need. Photos help us understand buildup, appliance interiors and areas that need special attention.
We review your information, send the cleaning plan and exact price, and confirm an available time with you. A requested date is not booked until we confirm it. If you are staying in the home, you may prefer a deep cleaning or regular home cleaning.

Questions about move-out and move-in cleaning
Does a move-out cleaning guarantee my deposit back?
No. Your landlord or property manager decides deposit deductions and may consider damage or other lease conditions. Send their cleaning checklist so we can agree on the cleaning scope.
Can you clean before I move into a new home?
Yes. Tell us when you will have access and when belongings will arrive. We will check availability and prepare a quote for the empty property.
What if I still have furniture in the home?
Tell us before booking. We can review accessible areas and the timing, but we do not automatically move heavy furniture or promise access to surfaces that are blocked.
